Our Story.

Serendipity, karma, kismet, destiny – however you term it, that’s how our story begins. Three driven individuals, Marie, Alex and Debbie, each with our own consultancies specialising in brand and marketing strategy, customer experience and digital marketing, found ourselves yearning for something more: the camaraderie, collaboration and unique dynamic of working as a united team.

Through networking, our paths crossed and fate stepped in. What started as conversations quickly revealed a shared passion: to use our marketing expertise to make a real difference. Adding to the serendipity, we discovered we’d each worked extensively with financial services firms during our careers, honing our skills in navigating complex, highly regulated environments. We’d also all worked with or for the COI (the government’s communications arm) and, coincidentally, moved from London to the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside within just a few miles of each other!
